    Delegate Stowers moves to amend the bill on page one, section twenty-three, line twenty-three, by striking out the word “fund” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “revenue account”;

    On page two, section twenty-three, line nineteen, by striking out the word “funds” by inserting the word “fund”;

    On page two, section twenty-three, line twenty-four, by striking out the words “at least”;

    On page three, section twenty-three, line nine, by striking out the word “will” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “does”;

    And

    On page three, section twenty-three, line ten, by striking out the words “remain in the fund and be” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “remains in the fund and is”.
